TroubleShooting:
Problem: Doorwill not stayclosed, or jumpsbackwhen attempting to close it.
This occurswhen
something is keeping the rotary latches from engaging, and theyare not allowed to close. Thismaybe
causedby:
1. The striker pinor bolt needingadjustment.
2. The rotary latch itself being gummedupand needing cleaning (cleanmechanism and lubricate).
The rotary latchmayneed replacing if cleaningand lubricationdoes not free it up.
3. The rodattaching thepaddle latch to the rotary latch is too tight (adjust turnbuckle accordingly)
