Proper cleaning procedures is very important. Use the following steps:
- Use only cleannew rags
- Change rags as often as needed
- Never let theOX436 air dryon theunit

Inspect thearea to beprimed for imperfections. If any are found, repair them or have the
body department repair themwith polyester glazing putty. (See procedure 1J for proper
application).

Thoroughly shakeF3963before installing a agitator

24 hours at 70°F
Pot life is defined aswhen a "Product Doubles inViscosity".
The product may be sprayable, but has diminished properties.

AllowF3963EtchPrimer todry for 30minutes before applying primer surfacer, but
NO longer that 72 hours or F3963must be sanded& recoated
This is the foundation for the entireprimingandpainting process. If proper dry times are
not followed, the rest
of
the systemwill begin to show signs
of
swelling and sand
scratcheswill appear.
