RemountManual
INSTRUCTIONS
1.0
OVERVIEW
Prior to initiating the remount procedure, it is strongly urged that you view the original video that
was issued for this ambulance, that you read the relevant sections of the original conversion
Owner'sManual, thenew chassismanual and this reference in it's entirety.
Inspect the new chassis and compare it's layout to that of the original chassis with the hope of
identifyinganypotential problems before theyoccur.
Finally, this reference is based on the assumption that the new chassis will be identical to the
existing chassis. Due to the newness of the chassis design, it has not been possible for Crestline
representatives to do a detailed analysis of a dissimilar remount. If you encounter any "grey" areas,
do not hesitate to call. One of our skilled remount technicianswill be able to offer friendly advice
for anyproblemor difficultyencountered.

PRE-DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to disassembly of the original chassis, we strongly recommend that you complete a thorough
systems check for the ambulance. Make sure that all systems are functioning as they should.
Failure to complete this step could seriously affect the number of hours that are spent on the
remount. Do not put yourself in a positionwhereby you are trying to correct a deficiency that can't
necessarilybe traced to the remount process.
Second, disconnect the dedicated conversion battery, remove all loose interior equipment and
remove the spare tire.
