Drill 1" the web of the channel,
as close as possible to the bottom flange.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 from pages 1
Place reinforcement provided with flange down,
flush with the top of the opening, as shown.
Mark the holes and drill 3/8"
PASSENGER SIDE.
Locate and remove the heater hose clamp.
Make sure the heater hose is out of the way before
drilling.
