Use the 5/8” and 7/8” open-endwrenches
as appropriate to disconnect the hoses from
the expansion valve
Use the 1-1/4” open-endwrenchon
the expansion valve toprevent
twisting that could damage the
copper lines opposite the hoses

Use a razor knife to cut through the Prestige tape to
separate the hoses from the rest of the assembly
•
From inside the cab, disconnect the drainhose from
theA/C-Heater unit
RemoveA/CHeater Unit fromAmbulance
•
Carefully pull theA/CHeater unit downoff the top
of the cabinet
o
Move carefully and get help guiding the
attachedwires upover the cabinet
