RemoveA/C-Heater Unit
Youmust verify that theA/C discharge process in complete before continuing. Failure to do somay result
in coolant venting to the atmosphere.
RemoveAccessPanel

Remove the bolt access panel found inside the
cabinet under theA/C-Heater unit
o
Thiswill give you access to the bolts on
the driver’s side of theA/C-Heater unit
RemoveMountingBolts
•
Use 1/2”wrenches to remove the twobolts holding
theA/C-Heater unit to the topof the cabinet
o
One person can remove the bolts from
the topof the cabinet by reaching into
the cabinet with awrench
