Using a cutting disk to cut the axle.
View after removal of the axle.
Use a grinder to remove the weld.
You should see where the axle used to be, and use
that to mark the center of the new hole.
Use a center punch to mark the new hole.
1 - Drill 1/8" into the metal.
2 - Enlarge the hole using a 1/4" bit.
3 - Enlarge the hole using a 29/64" bit.
Apply the same method for the other side.
