ISSUE

This bulletin is to inform Demers Ambulances owners that an inspection of the O2

cart axle is required during the next scheduled “A” service inspection. Some O2 wheel

axles may be bent, causing the wheels not to work properly.

ACTION

If the axle is bent, perform the modification of the O2 cart at the next scheduled “A”

service safety inspection.

Perform the modification as per the attached documentation.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Installation time: 1 hour / per vehicle.
