INSTRUCTIONS
1.0 OVERVIEW
Prior to initiating the remount procedure, it is strongly urged that you view the original video
that was issued for this ambulance, and that you read the relevant sections of the original
conversionOwner'sManual, thenewchassismanual and this reference in it'sentirety.
Inspect the new chassis and compare its layout to that of the original chassiswith the hope of
identifyinganypotential problemsbefore theyoccur.
Finally, this reference is based on the assumption that the new chassiswill be identical to the
original chassis. If you encounter any "grey" areas, do not hesitate to call. One of our skilled
remount technicians will be able to offer friendly advice for any problem or difficulty
encountered.
2.0 PRE-DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to disassembly of the original chassis, we strongly recommend that you complete a
thorough systems check for the ambulance. Make sure that all systems are functioning as
they should. Failure to complete this step could seriously affect the number of hours that are
spent on the remount. Do not put yourself in a position whereby you are trying to correct a
deficiency that can't necessarilybe traced to the remount process.
Second, disconnect thededicatedconversionbattery, removeall loose interior equipment and
remove thespare tire.
