If the step is not assembled with a standard nut, please arrange to have the nuts
replaced with nylon locking nut at your designated service center.
Service Centers –
Inspect fold-out side step on all affected units at earliest
opportunity.
If side steps has been assembled with standard nuts, remove and replace these nuts
with a 3/8”-16 Nylon locking nut. Nylon lock nuts may be sourced locally or if required
may be requested from Demers Ambulance by contacting their warranty line at 1-855-
373-9789.
Please contact the Demers Ambulance Warranty line (1-855-373-9789) for repair
authorization and invoice for any parts and labour associated with this repair.
