ISSUE

This bulletin is to inform owners of Demers Ambulances that a replacement of the

Foam around the avenger dash light is required. The foam does not stick properly on the

light creating reflection light into the windshield.

ACTION

Replacement of the foam is required at the next scheduled ‘A’ service safety

inspection.

Perform replacement as per the attached documentation.

Installation time: 0.2 hour / per vehicle.
