DIODE ORIENTATION IS IMPORTANT

o remove the console panel, locate and unscrew
the ten (10) screws as shown
.
Locate the
2 position connector
with the
green wire
and
the
light green wire
connected behind the gm climate
control module as shown.
Pull the connector to disconnect it.
Weld the
new black wire
with the
light green
wire.
Insulate the soldering with electrical tape.
(see drawing # 2)
Use the supplied harness # H020247 with diode to
make the modification.
