The following items areconsiderednormal service,maintenanceand repair forwhichCrestline
CoachLtd. isnot liable for reimbursingBCAS.
1. Abuse, negligenceor unapprovedalterationof original parts;
2. Damage fromaccidents;
3. Proven failureof a thirdparty toadhere tocomprehensivelydetailed remount instructions
of theProponent(s) that result inany impairment is alsoexempt.
4. Component failures that occur as a result of negligence in the timely repair of aproblemas
soonas it is reported.
WarrantyCoverage
CrestlineCoachLtd. warrants the vehicle and all furnished equipment against parts failure
ormalfunction (including rust, corrosion or failure of paint) due to design and construction.
The followingwarranty is provided, withunlimitedmileage, from the date onwhich the vehicle is
placed in service as an ambulance:
(1)
A ten (10) year repair and replacement warranty of themodular ambulance body structure
and integral components, including access and compartment doors andhinges; for any
impairment related toworkmanship and / ormaterials originally assembledby the
Contractor including but not limited to the replacement of the component as awhole or
any part thereof;
(2)
A five (5) year repair and replacement warranty for any impairment related to
workmanship and / ormaterials of all other components originally assembledby the
Contractor including but not limited to the replacement of the component aswhole or any
part thereof; including front console shell (excluding components), interior cabinets,
fender flares, checker platemud flaps, rear bumper, running boards, rear stainless
threshold, assembled floor andupholstered cushions andpads (both excludingnormal
wear and tear), rear kit tree tube frame and shelves,main cabinet shelves, squad bench,
and ceilingpanel.
