Beforeyour newambulance isput intooperationyou shouldcarefully read theWarrantyprovisions for
this vehicle. This section contains a detailed explanation of your coverage, responsibilities and the
proceduresyou should follow if awarranty/serviceclaim is required.
Crestline warranties those items discussed in the BCAS Fleet Manuals. The Chassis warranty is the
responsibility of the vehiclemanufacturer. Please refer to the chassis owner's manual and the BCAS
FleetManual for details.
Finally, to ensure that your vehicle will meet the service demands it will encounter, at all times, we
strongly recommendyou thoroughly read thismanual.
WarrantyClaimProcedures
1.
All warranty claims must be approved by Dynamic Specialty Vehicles before any workmay
begin. Please contact B.C.A.S. FleetOperationswith allwarranty claims. FleetOperationswill
handleall claimswithDynamicand/orCrestline.
2.
All invoices, after approval,must be sent to theDynamicWarrantyDepartment. Please include
the following information:
A)
Give thechassis serial number andmileageat timeof repair.
B)
Includean itemised list of repairs andcosts (parts and labour.)
C)
If applicable, please returndefectiveparts toFleetOperations for analysis.
D)
B.C.A.S.Unit #
