Remove the side panels behind the driver’s and passenger’s bucket seats so the cab to body bolts are
visible. Remove all of these bolts. Although thismanual is intended as a guide only, we do recommend
that you remove the cab to body bolts prior to looseningor removing thechassis tobodybolts as there
maybe some twisting forceswhen thechassis tobodybolts are removed.

there are eight bolts to remove.
Using the four-point hoist, slowly raise the modular box while keeping a close eye to ensure that all
possible components havebeen suitablydisconnectedor removed.
Please note that the front lift points could use spacers to tip the box to the rear during removal. This
mayhelp inmaintaining adequate clearances between the box and the cabduring the lift sequence. DO
NOT allow the cab tobody seal to ride the frontwall of themodular box as thismaydamage the finish
on the front of thebox.
Driveor push thechassisout fromunderneath thebody.
And finally, inspect all components that have been removed and are planned for use on the next chassis
