Please inspect the squad bench end bolster for any tears. If the bolster is torn, contact BCAS Fleet
Operations at 1-877-652-7465 (option 1) and order a cover for the affected unit(s).
Squad bench end bolster upholstery repair (Refer to pictures).
Detach the safety restraint net in front of squad bench bolster at the buckle located on the right
lower mount near the floor. Move net away from bolster.
Remove any tape or protective straps on squad bench end bolster.
Clean off any tape residue on bolster cushion vinyl.
Loosen squad bench bolster retaining thumb screws
Slide the supplied slip cover over the bolster, be sure to identify the front of the slip cover (front
facing to the front of the ambulance). Slide the slip cover over the bolster evenly being careful not
to tear the seams.
Secure the Velcro on the bottom side of the slip cover.
Re-tighten the bolster thumb screws.
Re-attach the safety restraint net.
