WarrantyPolicies
Before your new ambulance is put into operation you should carefully read theWarrantyprovisions
for this vehicle. This section contains a detailed explanation of your coverage, responsibilities and
theprocedures you should follow if awarranty/service claim is required.
Crestlinewarranties those items discussed in theBCASFleetManuals. TheChassiswarranty is the
responsibility of the vehicle manufacturer. Please refer to the chassis owner's manual and the
BCASFleetManual for details.
Finally, to ensure that your vehiclewillmeet the service demands it will encounter, at all times, we
strongly recommendyou thoroughly read thismanual.
WarrantyClaimProcedures
1.
All warrantyclaimsmust be approvedbyDynamicSpecialtyVehicles before anyworkmay
begin. Please contact B.C.A.S. Fleet Operations with all warranty claims. Fleet Operations
will handle all claimswithDynamic and/orCrestline.
2.
All invoices, after approval, must be sent to the Dynamic Warranty Department. Please
include the following information:
A)
Give the chassis serial number andmileage at timeof repair.
B)
Include an itemised list of repairs and costs (parts and labour.)
C)
If applicable, please returndefectiveparts toFleetOperations for analysis.
