Re: Oxygen Bottle Retaining Collar Upgrade
BCAS has main oxygen bottles in use that have different machined collars on the tank top. Fleet
request the following procedure to be preformed to all Demers built vehicles 63… to 63… that have
not previously been modified in order to provide proper restraint of oxygen tanks.
Procedure:
Remove existing tank mounting bracket and replace with supplied bracket with new mounting
hardware.
Modification kits have been sent to affected service centers.
