Before your new ambulance is put into operation you should carefully read theWarranty provisions
for this vehicle. This section contains a detailed explanation of your coverage, responsibilities and
theproceduresyou should follow if awarranty/service claim is required.
Crestlinewarranties those items discussed in theBCASFleetManuals. TheChassiswarranty is the
responsibilityof thevehiclemanufacturer. Please refer to the chassis owner'smanual and theBCAS
FleetManual for details.
Finally, to ensure that your vehiclewill meet the service demands it will encounter, at all times, we
strongly recommendyou thoroughly read thismanual.
WarrantyClaimProcedures
1. Allwarranty claimsmust be approvedbyDynamicSpecialtyVehicles before anyworkmay
begin. Please contact B.C.A.S. FleetOperationswith allwarranty claims. FleetOperations
will handle all claimswithDynamic and/orCrestline.
2. All invoices, after approval,must be sent to theDynamicWarrantyDepartment. Please
include the following information:
A.
Give the chassis serial number andmileage at time of repair.
B.
Include an itemised list of repairs and costs (parts and labour.)
C.
If applicable, please returndefective parts toFleetOperations for analysis.
