ISSUE:
It has been brought to BC Ambulance Fleet Operations attention that the dual alternator support
bracket may crack and break.
ACTION:
If there are abnormal vibration noises heard from the engine compartment at varied engine RPMs,
inspect the alternator support bracket for cracks or breakage.
If the alternator bracket is determined to have a crack or breakage, contact Demers warranty (1-855-373-9789)
for the warranty part replacement.
SERVICE PROCDURE:
To properly inspect the bracket, the belt and idler pulley may need to be removed.
