Remove the bottom screw using your screwdriver, it will not be used once bracket 1006262 is installed. 3. Attach the stainless steel bracket to the existing ¼” bolt using a ¼” acorn nut through the end with two holes after applying thread locking compound, removing any protective film before tightening the nut. 4. Apply thread locking compound and thread the longer 10-24 screw through the lock and flat washer and into the black mounting bracket through the other hole in the bracket. 5. Tighten the ¼” nut with your wrench to __ in-lb, and the screw with your screwdriver until the head cams out.
