RemoveHeadliner Panel
•
Remove all seven#8 x 1-1/4” screws from the
headliner panel
o
Be sure to keep the screwswith theirDura-
snaps and flat washers
•
Remove the headliner panel
o
This ismuch easierwith twopeople, one on
the driver’s side andone on the passenger’s
side
o
Firmly, but carefully, pull the topof theB-
Pillar covers away from theB-Pillar
o
Pull the headliner panel down at the back,
working it carefully fromout behind theB-
Pillar cover
•
Disconnect speakerswire andpull the duct tape off
thewires
•
Take the headliner panel out of the cab and set it
aside out of harm’sway
o
Set it vinyl side up toprevent dents, tears, or
scuffs in the vinyl
